Which payment methods are supported?

LocaFox PRO supports modern, contactless payment methods such as debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The device is SoftPOS-compatible, allowing card payments to be processed directly through the POS terminal—without the need for an additional card reader.

What are the running costs?

The one-time investment for LocaFox PRO is €499 plus VAT.
In addition, there are monthly subscription fees for using the LocaFox POS software. Fees vary depending on the selected features (e.g., inventory management, warehouse management, branch management, or DATEV export).

What happens if I need technical support?

Our technical support is available Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - by e-mail, telephone or remote access.
We also offer a comprehensive help center with instructions, step-by-step guides and explanatory videos so that you can find solutions to your questions yourself at any time.

Does the TSE show up on the receipt?

The receipt contains a signature in the form of a QR code that contains all the information about the technical security device (TSE).
