A digital cash register system is a modern, software-supported solution for recording sales, printing receipts and managing turnover. It replaces conventional cash registers and fulfills all legal requirements such as the German Cash Register Security Ordinance (KassenSichV). Digital cash registers also offer numerous additional functions such as stock management, interfaces to accounting systems and employee management.

Is LocaFox ONE GoBD and TSE compliant?

Yes, LocaFox ONE fulfills all legal requirements in Germany, including GoBD, KassenSichV and TSE obligation (technical security device). This means you can cash in in a legally compliant and audit-compliant manner.

For which industries is LocaFox ONE suitable?

LocaFox ONE is ideal for small and medium-sized retail businesses, flower stores, kiosks, snack bars, bakeries and markets. Thanks to its compact design, the system is also suitable for narrow sales counters or mobile applications.

Is an Internet connection absolutely necessary?

A permanent internet connection is not required for the ongoing operation of the cash register. However, you do need Internet access for set-up, legally required TSE activation, updates and cash register closing. Offline operation is temporarily possible - the data is automatically synchronized when the connection is restored.

Can I also connect LocaFox ONE to my merchandise management system?

Yes, LocaFox ONE can be connected to many existing systems and merchandise management solutions via interfaces. Our software can be flexibly integrated and grows with your requirements. Simply contact us about your systems.

Do I have to complete training courses as a dealer?

The LocaFox ONE POS system is intuitive and easy to use - even without prior knowledge.
Nevertheless, we recommend that every customer attends our onboarding in the form of online training to ensure that all functions are understood and used optimally.

In addition, our comprehensive help center with step-by-step instructions, videos and explanations is available to you at any time - for a smooth start and secure operation in everyday life.

What are the running costs?

The one-off investment for the device is €699 plus VAT.
There are also monthly costs for using the LocaFox POS software on a subscription basis. Different fees apply depending on the selected range of functions (e.g. merchandise management, warehouse, store management or DATEV export).

What happens if I need technical support?

Our technical support is available Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - by email, telephone or remote access.
We also offer a comprehensive help center with instructions, step-by-step guides and explanatory videos so that you can find solutions to your questions yourself at any time.

Does the TSE show up on the receipt?

The receipt includes a signature in the form of a QR code that contains all the information about the technical security device (TSE).
