GoBD means: "The principles of proper management and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form as well as data access". These are administrative directives issued by the Federal Ministry of Finance of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The GoBD have been in force since 1 January 2015 and have thus replaced the previously valid GDPdU ("Principles of data access and verifiability of digital documents") and the GoBS ("Principles of orderly IT-based accounting systems"). In plain language, this means that all postings that occur in the company must be recorded individually, completely, correctly, in good time and in an orderly manner. The rule is that no entry may be made without a document! It must be possible to trace every business transaction on the basis of a receipt. In addition, the receipts must contain a unique receipt number, a receipt date, an amount and quantity details and the issuer and recipient of the receipt.

Everyone who owns a cash register or a digital cash register system is affected by the TSE obligation. Only small businesses that operate an open store cash register have been exempt from the TSE obligation up to now.
In our function packages, a Cloud TSE is included in the package, i.e. you will not incur any additional costs for the Cloud TSE and you do not need to purchase a TSE module. A TSE module is only required in special cases . You can find the TSE module in our online store.
